Terms and Conditions

Upon booking, we will charge one night + tax to your provided credit card. Bookings are not confirmed until your card has been charged and a CampV confirmation has been sent.

Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are refundable less a 5% of Full Stay Cancellation Fee. Please notify our team in writing at info@campv.com

All reservations are non-refundable 14 days prior to your arrival. The credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance and our team will send arrival instructions. If we are unable to charge the card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and will refund less a 5% cancellation fee. Please contact our team if you have a special circumstance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Pet Policy

Furry friends are allowed in all of our dwellings! Our fee is $25 per dog per night, which you can add on during the booking process. There are no fees for pets at our RV Sites or Campground. We have no breed or size restrictions. Pets must be leashed at all times

Special Events

Special Events must be approved and will require a separate agreement and terms and conditions.

Occupancy

Max occupancy is noted for each dwelling.

Smoking Policy

No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the dwellings. There is plenty of space outside to get your smoke on. Rule breakers will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and asked to leave.
